verifySepaBeneficiary

** COMING SOON ** Verify a SEPA beneficiary and obtain a verification token

This mutation will perform an outgoing Verification of Payee (VoP) to verify a SEPA beneficiary's information and obtain a verification token that can be used in subsequent credit transfers.

Note: This feature is currently in development and will be available soon to comply with the PSD3 effective October 9th, 2025.
